What happens if there is an emergency or unexpected situation during the service?
We operate a 24/7 operations center with an emergency response protocol. In the event of a mechanical issue, we dispatch a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible. All services include valid passenger insurance.
Do you issue electronic invoices for travel agencies?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices (Tax ID: RUC 20613628038) for all businesses. We also offer special payment terms for partner agencies, including 30-, 45-, or 60-day payment options based on the commercial agreement. Payments in USD are also accepted.
